Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and reporting templates
- Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for senior management
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
- Coordinate with the Sales team for reporting, follow-ups, and operational support
- Handle monthly claims preparation and submission
- Ensure secure, confidential backup and management of all reports and data
Skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Excellent analytical and English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
