Job Description
- Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and principles.
- Plan and oversee sales campaigns, including organizing marketing programs and events.
- Ensure all social media accounts and the company website are current and engaging.
- Formulate and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and audience preferences.
- Create and publish engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates consistent with the brand’s voice.
- Collaborate effectively with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor return on investment (ROI).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on brand health.
- Communicate brand strategies and messages clearly to a wide range of audiences
Other Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Prior experience in marketing or brand management is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Salary: NPR 35,000 – 50,000 (Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates)
