- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
- Min. 1.5 year of experience in Marketing & Digital marketing, ideally in the real estate or property industry.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization techniques.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
- Strong communication in English, verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns within determined TAT.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies with organic SEO efforts to maximize visibility and lead generation.
- Create and manage lead generation strategies for digital platform of real estate properties.
- Optimize lead funnels and conversion paths to ensure that marketing efforts translate into high-quality leads and sales for our client real estate properties.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
- Utilize your extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising, and leverage existing developer connections to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
