Job Responsibilities
Marketing Duties:
- Identify and approach manpower agencies, corporate clients, and local organizations for partnerships.
- Plan and execute promotional activities including field visits and community outreach.
- Prepare marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content).
- Manage the company’s social media accounts.
- Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and recommend business development strategies.
Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the clinic, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Make timely follow-up phone calls to clients and disseminate relevant information.
- Manage documentation related to clients and clinic operations.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and report records to the Director.
- Track renewal dates and ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities.
- Submit all required documents in advance to respective departments.
- Stay updated on policies and notices from NHPF, Department of Foreign Employment, Local Municipality, and share updates with staff and Director.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements of NHPF and other governing bodies.
- Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and the Internet.
