Full Job Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the lubricant market.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition and customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and product information to clients.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Implement sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.
  • Conduct promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and support dealers and sales partners on product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline delivery operations.
Job Specification
  • Proven experience in lubricant sales or related field (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of lubricant products and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler license; owning a personal two-wheeler is preferred.
