Responsibilities:
- Processing transactions and making journal entries
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Reconciling bank statements
- Complete end of month close procedures
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Review of expenses, payroll records etc.
- Maintaining records of assets and liabilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Closing year financials
- Documenting fixed assets
- Support senior accountants
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Other Specification
- Intermediate in business administration or account preferred.
- Minimum 6 months experience in related field.
- Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
- Prior experience working with financial accounts
- Strong math and critical reasoning skills
