Responsibility
- Handle 200+ customers, riders, captains, food men, and restaurant interactions every day to maintain customer retention and satisfaction by providing detailed, satisfying, courteous, and polite service.
- Quick learner; must be able to utilize many software tools, sheets, and tools at once.
- To be able to answer customer questions quickly and efficiently
- Outbounds follow-up of Data provided by ops
- Collect source data from consumers, including their trip experience, suggestions for improvement, improvement feedback, and problems or issues while using the services, and enter them into the customer care sheet
Experience and Qualification
- +2 Clear or Bachelor’s running (Optional)
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work with a team and in a friendly culture.
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mobile and Application of the Pathao App.
- Teamwork and coordination with the team
- Flexible Time
- Polite and Calm while handling the customer.
