Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional first-line technical support to students, teachers and staff, proficiently communication in both English and Nepalese.
• Diagnose and resolve technology issues encompassing hardware, software, network, AV equipment, telecommunication equipment and other campus IT systems.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including creating and deleting user accounts, assigning licenses, and issuing and configuring new equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment used in classrooms and administrative areas.
• Provide tech support during on-campus and off-campus events, ensuring seamless technology usage.
• Maintain the printing service and monitor the service health of Wi-Fi and Internet services.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist in procurement activities by providing input on IT hardware and software requirements for the school.
• Provide technical support and assistance to students, teachers, staff, visitors and events within the school environment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment, resolving technical issues promptly, and supporting the effective use of technology for educational purposes.
