- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, efficient hiring processes, and strong employer branding to attract diverse top talent.
- Enhance new hire experience through comprehensive orientation and induction programs.
2. Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and job satisfaction.
3. Learning and Development:
- Design and execute training programs to address skill gaps and support career progression.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
4. Performance Management:
- Manage performance appraisal processes, improve KRAs/KPIs, and promote continuous feedback.
- Align individual goals with organizational objectives to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations and supervise the HR team for smooth execution.
- Draft HR policies, suggest any amended and addendum of policies to senior management and ensure timely circulation of country circulars
- Ensure compliance with company's policies, manage HR policies, and handle employee relations professionally.
6. Compensation and Budget Management:
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage attendance-based reward systems that recognize and motivate those with best attendance.
- Prepare annual HR budgets, and ensure effective cost management.
Others:
- Host and coordinate company’s events.
- Develops and executes communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, shaping an organization's brand and reputation.
- Communicate about any changes in the social media post be necessary and guide subordinate.
- Brainstorm new ideas and innovation for smooth operation of the corporate communication department.
- Other ad hoc duties of HR and Corporate Communications
