Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support employee relations efforts by handling basic queries and assisting in performance evaluation processes
- Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives
- Assist in managing office supplies and vendor coordination to ensure smooth office operations
- Support operational management systems and processes to enhance workplace efficiency
- Help plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives
- Provide administrative support and handle day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh MBA grads are encouraged to apply)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within HR
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
