Full Job Description
The HR Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing contractor operations, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and handling employee-related processes like onboarding and surveys. The role also includes preparing HR reports and ensuring 100% accuracy in PIS updates.
- Ensure all HR operations align with labor laws and regulations.
- Address compliance issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee contractor agreements and maintain updated documentation.
- Manage contractor payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile HR data in the HRIS system.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Use and manage Nimble HRMS for employee and payroll data.
- Generate reports and provide insights from HRMS data.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback for organizational improvements.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports as assigned by the HR/Admin Head.
- Present findings and recommendations for management review.
- Ensure personnel information system (PIS) is consistently updated with accurate data.
- Maintain personnel files, contractor records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare reports and ensure data security.
- Use MS Excel for payroll, attendance, and data analysis.
- Prepare HR reports and documents in MS Word.
- Coordinate shared accommodation arrangements for employees.
Job Specification
Proficiency in Nimble HRMS.
Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
Soft Skills:
