Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absence rates).
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Organize staff welfare programs and activities.
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in any reputed hotels or resorts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and local laws.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepalese
  • Strong leadership and pleasant demeanor
