  • 3–5 years in business development or sales, ideally within the HORECA sector.
  • Existing network and contacts in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in multinational companies or global FMCG brands will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA channel.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies to meet volume targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
  • Lead sales negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Activate brand visibility and marketing efforts at partner locations market trends, competitive activity, and share actionable insights.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports and weekly performance updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute tailored campaigns.
