Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver health system-related training sessions to field staff and stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate capacity-building programs
• Conduct frequent field visits and travel across provinces for on-site training
• Maintain documentation of training activities and feedback
• Support in developing training materials and tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health (BPH)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in health-related training or projects

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal
• Good understanding of Nepal’s public health system
• Willingness to travel as required.
