Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified professionals for the role of Health System Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver health system-related training sessions to field staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate capacity-building programs
- Conduct frequent field visits and travel across provinces for on-site training
- Maintain documentation of training activities and feedback
- Support in developing training materials and tools
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health (BPH)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in health-related training or projects
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across Nepal
- Good understanding of Nepal’s public health system
