Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Food Engineering.
- Certified Brewmaster (SSB, VLB, or equivalent)
- 5+ years in B&P, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability in budgeting, people, and plant development
- Solid knowledge of Lean TPM and process tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English preferred
