Job Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for various campaigns and projects
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative design elements
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
• Continuously seek feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on client or team input
• Develop on-brand marketing materials, such as flyers, mailers, ads, social media posts, and signage 
• Maintain organized and accurate files of all design projects
