Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing and/or teaching graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with women or in community-based training programs is an asset.

Note : 

• Training Duration: 75 Days
• Working Hour : 2 Hour per day.
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and hands-on graphic design training sessions based on the training curriculum.
• Guide and mentor trainees on software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and gender-sensitive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess trainee progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with AWBN’s program team to report progress and address any training-related issues.
• Encourage creativity and help participants build portfolios for future job opportunities or freelance work.
