• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Grades 1 to 5, preferably in an international or IB school setting.
• Strong understanding of the IB curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare lesson plans, assignments, and learning activities according to the curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluate students' academic progress.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and student growth.
• Foster good student behavior, discipline, and social development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
