Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales of Gensets, industrial machinery, or power products preferred.
- Strong understanding of diesel generator functionality and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Gensets to industrial, commercial, and government clients.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, tenders, and upcoming projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide technical consultation and product presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the service and technical teams for installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, product demos, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
