Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, respond to, and transfer incoming calls efficiently.
- Greet clients warmly, provide initial information, and direct them to the appropriate counselor.
- Advise students on IELTS courses, handle enrolment, schedule examinations, collect fees, and organize study materials.
- Assist clients with biometric bookings, health examinations, and other related processes.
- Receive and record payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure the reception and office areas are always clean and well-organized.
- Follow up with clients and relay important information as instructed by senior staff
- Adhere to responsibilities outlined in the Oli and Associates Handbook and complete any other tasks assigned by senior management.
Skills and Experience
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
1 years preferably in service industry
Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent English language ability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be outspoken and have the positive attitude
