Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Notify appropriate company staff of visitor arrivals.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor badges as per security protocol.
- Operate the telecommunication system, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information or route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in customer follow-ups for payments.
- Maintain and update employee and department directories.
- Support overall administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to inform and coordinate with others efficiently
- Basic knowledge of supply and inventory management
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Basic Salary: No Salary bar for deserving candidate (Negotiable)
- Dearness Allowance: As per company policy
- Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview.
Contract Termination:
- Contract : Minimum 2-year commitment required
- Early resignation requires a 1-month notice and compensation
- Company reserves the right to terminate the contract during probation or based on performance
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must be flexible to work beyond hours if required)
