Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and appointments
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate communication between departments as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Other Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle front-desk operations confidently
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is an advantage
