- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and appointments
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle front-desk operations confidently
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is an advantage
