Job Description
- Answer the telephone & direct calls and take & reply to Messages
- Provider information to the caller
- Greet the person entering the organization
- Deal with queries from the public & customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
- Prepare letters & documents and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Implement and maintain the office system
- Handle incoming mail and other materials
- Operate office equipment
- Manage office space
- Petty cash handling, banking/tax work as required
- Assisting in tender document preparation
- Assisting in account system/record keeping, inventories records, internal sales, internet searching
- Maintaining the attendance register of other staff in the office
- Maintaining log books
- Other works as per the requirement within the rules and regulations of the organization

- The candidate must have a valid license with 2-wheeler.
