Principal Accountabilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify potential markets for franchise expansion.
• Interact with local businesses to understand their needs and assess their suitability for franchise partnership.
• Promote Nimbus Bazaar's franchise model and benefits to prospective franchisees.
• Explain operational requirements, investment details, and expected returns to interested parties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchise-related inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of daily visits, leads generated, and status updates.
• Assist in the negotiation and closure of franchise agreements.

Competency/ Knowledge/ Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
