Job Description
- First line Incident analysis and troubleshooting for all Transmission and Radio related incidents (IPRAN/SDH/DWDM/VSAT/Wireless MW/IP Core/IP MPLS) and make correlation and coordination with concerned departments.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of BSC/RNC/LTE and BTS alarms.
- Provide possible support related to BTS (Software and hardware).
- Inter-connections incidents and event handling, Administration handling, Billing , Reporting of PO PR of relative region
- Proper communication and cooperation with field engineers, vendors and other parties in trouble shooting as per escalation need and matrix.
- Monitor node alarms and faults and take appropriate action for earliest problem resolution.
- Report generation and Analysis.
- Provide support like field mobilization ( Proactive & Reactive), SLA calculation, Availability Calculation and report maintaining for OFC corrective maintenance.
- Support for FTTx Services like customers complain handling & escalating, field mobilization (Proactive & Reactive), and provide remote support. Maintaining proper report and documents.
