Job Description
- Managing daily workflow by assigning tasks and setting clear expectations.
- Team orientated approach for assisting Project management leaders and supporting NOC, CM, PM, Fiber, DG, Transmission - MW or IPRAN, DWDM, RAN, SMPS, Solar, NEA , Inventory, & other scope related to Managed service scope.
- KPI related activities including AWP signing, PO , PR and able to address issues raised from any stack holder.
- Supervise and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Schedule and assign work orders, optimizing resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
- Ensure timely resolution of network outages and technical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain field inventory and equipment.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to field operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate and analyze field operations reports.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment inventory, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
