• Minimum 2 years of work experience

Duties: 

Finance & Operations Manager shall be responsible

• Planning for Business Growth, Resources Planning and Framing Policies , which shall help in accelerated growth in Revenue and Individual’s Performance
• Execution of Business Plan and to ensure that deviation or non compliance is tracked well in advance to take immediate corrective action
• Generate reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis to track and compare individula and team performance 
• Track competition, analyse industry trends to adopt best practices and bring in changes to stay ahead of competition  
• Supervise the operations of business units, creating & reviewing policies, identify gaps in planned vs actual performances, tracking budgeting, followup on recruiting & training and conducting regular assessments of each of the processes
• Coordinate with related departments viz. HR, Banking, Accounts and ensure swift response and faster execution of tasks
• Advise management on decisions related to the performance , policies and business expansion
• Monitor and review all records of assets, standing instructions and processes

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary : Equivalent to NPR 75,000 to 100,000, Higher salary for deserving candidates
