- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be a Nepali Citizen
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and potential customers through regular visits and direct engagement.
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and DHL departments to resolve service, credit, and operational issues.
- Support sales planning through regular performance reporting and KPI analysis.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and sales colleagues to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain an annual customer call cycle, targeting new business acquisition and competitor account conversion.
- Adhere to regional pricing guidelines and ensure all customer agreements are cost-effective.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer trends and data to support decision-making and strategic action plans.
