- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the carpet, cement, or flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics coordination, and payment mechanisms (e.g., LC, TT).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and sales strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs requirements.
- Participate in international trade exhibitions and virtual B2B events as needed.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
