Job Description

  • Installation, Configuration & Troubleshoot of Network devices: Switches, Router, Access Points, etc.
  • Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients through calls and visits to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to network alerts, outages, and performance issues as part of a shift-based 24x7.
  •  Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to client.
  • Perform other relevant works assigned by Supervisors.

Note: Technical training will be provided, including hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.
