Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines
• Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom
• Assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities
• Discussing students progress with parents and guardians, administrators and other professionals as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of student’s attendance, academic performance, and other related information.
• Timely update of their subject LMS account, submitting lessons plans, giving assignment to students, conducting evaluations including setting questions, invigilating during the quizzes and examinations, evaluating the answer sheets, giving feedback to the students
• Thinking based learning must be followed compulsorily and flipped classroom pedagogy must be used.
