Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to electronic and biomedical equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and product management to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and calibration of biomedical equipment.
- Document and track customer inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in our system and record.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in electronic and biomedical engineering.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics engineering, Biomedical Engineering or BMET.
- Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the electronics or biomedical industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, and biomedical equipment operation.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
