Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in overseas education consulting (experience with Japan and Australia preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Japanese is a plus).
- Familiarity with student visa processes for Japan and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students regarding study opportunities in Japan and Australia.
- Assist students in selecting the right universities/colleges and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures.
- Handle application processes including documentation, SOPs, and follow-up with universities.
- Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation.
- Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying in Japan and Australia.
- Maintain good relationships with partner institutions and ensure timely communication.
- Keep updated on education systems, university rankings, new visa policies, and embassy announcements.
- Maintain a student database and track applications and conversions.
- Offer post-landing support and pre-departure briefings
