• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in overseas education consulting (experience with Japan and Australia preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Japanese is a plus).
• Familiarity with student visa processes for Japan and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students regarding study opportunities in Japan and Australia.
• Assist students in selecting the right universities/colleges and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and visa procedures.
• Handle application processes including documentation, SOPs, and follow-up with universities.
• Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation.
• Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying in Japan and Australia.
• Maintain good relationships with partner institutions and ensure timely communication.
• Keep updated on education systems, university rankings, new visa policies, and embassy announcements.
• Maintain a student database and track applications and conversions.
• Offer post-landing support and pre-departure briefings
