- Prepare, verify, and manage all required documentation for manpower recruitment and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for overseas employment.
- Maintain and update records of clients, candidates, and contracts.
- Coordinate with embassies, government agencies, and other stakeholders for document processing.
- Handle visa applications, work permits, and other legal paperwork.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and necessary filings.
- Communicate with clients and candidates regarding document requirements.
- Assist in preparing agreements, contracts, and related paperwork.
- Keep records in digital and physical formats for easy retrieval.
- Work closely with the HR and operations team to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
