Qualifications for Creative Lead
- Proven experience in developing creative campaigns and managing social media content strategy.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives across various formats (videos, posts, and visuals).
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, including audience trends and performance metrics analysis.

- Strong understanding of content planning, including the creation and management of monthly content calendars.
- Experience in creating event collateral, such as banners, brochures, and promotional materials, is a plus.
- Analytical mindset to measure and optimise content performance using social media insights and data.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Ideation: Create unique, engaging, and shareable campaigns like “My Migration Story” or “Migration Milestones.”
- Content Creation: Develop compelling stories, videos, memes, social media post and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Brand Management: Ensure all creative work aligns with the ICS Venture brand voice, personality, and vision.
- Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with designers to translate ideas into visually appealing content, including both static designs and engaging video content, ensuring the creative vision comes to life effectively.
- Trend Spotting: Monitor and identify what’s trending among our target audience across social media channels like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Leverage these insights to create timely, relevant, and engaging content that resonates with their interests and behaviours.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with marketing, consultants, and external partners to ensure campaigns achieve business goals.
- Performance Metrics Analysis: Analyse performance metrics across social media channels to identify which content resonates with the audience, using insights to refine and optimise future campaign.
- Content Management: Keep social media channels up-to-date with fresh, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Content Calendar: Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic communication across all platforms.
- Event Collateral Creation: Collaborate with designers to develop banners, brochures, and other promotional materials for events, ensuring all visuals align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
