Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Oversee the design and functionality of the company website and ensure ongoing optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others to measure ROI and KPIs.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team and coordinate with external vendors/agencies when needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to create effective marketing content and materials.
- Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and adapt accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, keyword research, and lead conversion.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
