Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments- Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment
• Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and attend continuing education courses as required
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist
• Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in a Dental Hygienist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in dental software and technology
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
