Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from UK-based customers with fluent English communication.
- Assist customers in understanding products/services and proactively engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and assist with service modifications as per customer requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year experience in an international CSR company inbound or outbound (outbound sales experience is highly preferable)
- Fluent in British English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for sales conversions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
