ACM Global Education is looking for an experienced and certified Counselor to guide students and clients through their educational pathways. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to clients regarding study abroad programs, documentation, visa processing, and other related matters.
• Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate educational institutions and pathways.
• Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation for admissions, scholarships, and visa applications.
• Stay updated on international education systems, visa policies, and immigration laws.
• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, consulates, and clients.
• Conduct presentations and seminars to educate clients about available opportunities.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or similar roles in an education consultancy.
• Certification in counseling (if available).
• Familiarity with visa application procedures and admission processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
