- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, statutory regulations, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
- Ensure the company complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and file necessary documents with government/regulatory bodies (e.g., Registrar of Companies).
- Provide administrative and legal support to the board and senior management.
- Serve as the liaison between the board of directors, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Assist in drafting corporate policies, charters, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor and advise on developments in corporate governance practices and regulations.
