Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and paid ads in alignment with the academy’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with design and video production teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
- Write clear and compelling captions, articles, and promotional materials that reflect the academy’s voice and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Support paid advertising efforts with engaging ad copy, visuals, and strategic targeting.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other organizations to enhance visibility.
- Provide actionable insights from social media analytics to inform future campaigns and content strategies.
Pay range and compensation package: NPR 24,000-NPR 30,000 per Month
Required Skills :
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
- Experience with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with the finance or education industry is an advantage.
