Job Description
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing customized solutions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess their satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide proactive solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients
- Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions to maintain client satisfaction
- Build and maintain a strong network and foster partnerships with potential clients
- Train and supervise junior staff members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization
Other Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manpower Recruitment industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
- Team-player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
