Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a long-term and strong relationship with clients to retain them
- Make an effort to acquire new leads and clients for the company
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting our services to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Prepare and present sales and relationship reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Conduct frequent visits to clients for professionally representing the company and communicating regarding the services provided
- Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Above 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of client needs and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Note: Salary shall not be bar for deserving candidates and incentives will be provided upon achieving the sales target.
