Educational Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (GM/Deputy CEO/CEO level).
• Proven experience in managing profitability, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong understanding of Nepalese financial markets, credit and risk management, and NRB regulatory framework.
