Major responsibilities:
The CST Facilitator will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
- Receive training and achieve competency in delivering Caregiver Skills Training (CST Program) for families of children with developmental delays or disabilities
- Attend the supervision and refresher training sessions delivered by the CST Trainers/Supervisors.
- Prepare, plan, and deliver sessions to families during training and beyond
- Efficiently manage group sessions, including documentation of the sessions
- Support the NAMASTE team in the field implementation of the program along with the CST Team
- Coordinate with the community-based facilitators for the delivery of the CST services
- Make frequent field visits and conduct meetings with external stakeholders/ authorities
- Liaison with external bodies and government authorities on the district/Municipality
- Collaborate with the ACNS and NAMASTE team to track and assist with project activities and timelines
- Establish and maintain coordination with relevant stakeholders and service providers for project implementation within Godawari Municipality
Required:
- Should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing or any other related disciplines
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse communities
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Proficiency in the Nepali and English languages
- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and principles of confidentiality
- Prepare reports and case summaries as required
- Be willing and able to travel to all wards of Godawari Municipality
