Job Description

Bagaichā is seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as Captains. As a Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations within the restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

  • Greeting and seating guests promptly
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Providing recommendations on menu items and upselling where appropriate
  • Ensuring accuracy in order delivery and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
  • Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Training and supervising junior staff members
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
