Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Strategy:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee the daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure financial targets are met by controlling costs and optimizing revenue streams.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Set clear goals for team members and monitor progress.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Sales & Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Develop programs to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
