Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the transmission tower sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions using Hulas Steel’s manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to understand technical aspects and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote Hulas Steel’s transmission tower solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the transmission tower manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of tower design and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
