Key Result Areas:
- Identify and research potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and institutional clients.
- Conduct cold calls and send personalized outreach emails to prospective clients.
- Deliver sales presentations on grocery retail products and services and follow up with potential clients to maintain interest and convert them into customers.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, category management, retail area management, and customer service to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Track sales activities and performance, generate reports, and analyze metrics to improve outreach efforts and conversion rates.
